DYLAN!!!!!! He’s the best employee they have hands down! I’ve had 2 of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with boost and upgrading phones as well as porting and adding a line. Dylan is FAST and explains everything very well !!! Shout out to Dylan for getting me out of there in under 20 minutes both times!

I got a text saying in store only iphone 16 79.99 I’m thinking ok they’re doing this cause I been a customer for so long. I decided to hit the boost store on Veterans even though the last time I went in there I left irate to. This time he takes my number takes my pin tells me I’ll have to change my plan and pay $205.00 I said No took my phone left. I get home 30 min later I get a text thank you from boost for changing your plan! What I did no such thing. So I call customer service tell them exacly what took place & I’m on there great grand father plan I did not want to change my plan. I have 4 lines unlimited text talk 35 gigs of internet and we have got spots. I’m happy with that do t want to change. I spent an hour on the phone. Then Tuesday st work I get a text saying g my bill is now $160 I was irate I called wanting it fixed then they opened a fraud ticket against the store and there putting me back on my old lan but that’s twice this store has bombed with me sorry but go to the one on Locust you don’t have to worry about no crap!

Came in to get a new phone and the guy there was just straight up rude wouldn’t explain to me all these extra fees even after asking what they are for. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never be coming here again after having to demand knowing what the fees were. What a mouth they have too, is that really how you want to treat your loyal customers. I been with boost for years and I can’t believe it. From now on I will be paying my bill at the other one. NEVER COMING AGAIN.

WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. Never coming here again. The guy working told me that my bill will be fine and that it wouldn’t change and all the sudden I’m paying extra since I got an upgrade and he replied with no it wouldn’t. How does that make any sense after I just asked you. Never coming here driving to the other side of town.
